How can I transfer my combined ticket/e-ticket?

You can transfer your ticket or combined ticket to another person.


To transfer your ticket:


Log in at www.passo.com.tr or Passo Mobile Application.


Go to your profile and open the "My Tickets" tab.


For the match that you wish to make the transfer, enter the Turkish Citizenship ID Number of the person to whom you wish to make the transfer and click the "Transfer" button.


If you see the Turkish Citizenship ID Number of that person under the "Ticket Transfers" section, the ticket has been transferred.


For a successful ticket transfer; the person, who to be transferred, must have a valid Passolig Card, this card must have an allowed team logo and also must not have a ticket for the match that will be transferred for.


To transfer your combined ticket:


Log in at www.passo.com.tr or Passo Mobile Application.


Go to your profile and select the "My Combined Tickets" tab.


Select the "Transfer Combined Tickets" tab.


Select your combined ticket and the match you would like to transfer.


Enter the Turkish Citizenship ID Number of the person to whom you wish to make the transfer in the "Turkish Citizenship ID Number" field and click the "Transfer" button.


If you can see that person's Turkish Citizenship ID Number under the "Ticket Transfers" section, your rights for that match have been transferred to that person.
