Why there will be an e-ticket system in football?

The Electronic Ticket System was put into practice under the Law no 6222. The Law on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports aims at reducing violence in sports, preventing swearing and violence during the matches, reducing the number of gate crashers in the stadiums, encouraging more women and children to come to the stadiums, detecting those who cause violence and negative demonstrations and prohibiting their entrances to the stadiums and preventing black-marketing activities. Along with all these effects, it is aimed to facilitate people’s lives with a single card which would be used in their daily activities including travels, shopping, etc.

How can I apply for Passolig Card?

You can apply for a Passolig Card by filling out the application form on www.passolig.com.tr, ticket offices in stadiums and Passo Mobile app.

Can I enter matches of teams with my Passolig Card that bears the logo of another club?

Yes, you can. However, the clubs other than the one written on your card may prioritize the cards bearing their own logo while selling tickets. If there are enough tickets for sale, tickets will be publicly sold to the cards with logos of other teams starting on a date to be set by the club.


I have a Passolig Card that bears the logos of both the home team and the guest team of the match. Can I still enter the match?

If a logo restriction decision is taken by the Provincial or District Sports Security Board and if you hold a card that bears the logos of both the home team and the guest team, you may not purchase a ticket for the said match. Unless ruled otherwise by the Provincial or District Sports Security Board, you can enter all matches of Spor Toto Süper Lig and Spor Toto 1. Lig with your Passolig Card.


Where can I use my Passolig Card?

You can use your Passolig Card to enter games, shopping in Turkey and abroad, for cash requirements and in-city public transportation in certain cities.


Do I have to pay for Passolig Card?

You will be charged an annual E-Ticket use fee for the Passolig cards issued in line with the E-ticket system adopted as per the provisions of Law no. 6222 on Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports, which was published in the Official Gazette, and took effect on April 14, 2011. The annual E-Ticket use fee has seven different payment categories, including 22,12TL, 22,50TL, 29TL, 30TL, 35,50TL, 39TL and 41,50TL depending on the football club. The annual E-Ticket use fee is charged once per year, and the E-Ticket can be extended every year.


How does the cash payment option works for Passolig Card?

You can make a payment using the reference number given to you during the application process at PTT Authorized Processing Centers (only in Istanbul) and at N Kolay Offices.


When you’re making an EFT payment from whichever channel you are using (Internet Branch, telephone branch, branch office, etc.), please choose “Aktif Bank, Branch 997” in the Bank Name field, write in your Turkish Citizenship I.D. Number in the Account No. field, and provide your first and last name in the Recipient field.


Can I pay Passolig Card E-Ticket Usage Fee by Mobile Payment?

You can pay the Passolig Card application fee and E-Ticket Validity Period extension fee by Turkcell, Turk Telekom and Vodafone Mobile Payment.


How can I use the balance that I have installed on my Passolig Card?

You can use your Passolig Debit Card balance for your cash withdrawals and purchases which you install from other bank ATM or EFT. You can’t use your Passolig Prepaid Card balance which you install from the same channels, you can’t make cash withdrawals or money transfers.


I received an error message while I topped-up. Why?

You may be unable to top-up for various reasons;

  • • You may have entered card information inaccurate or incomplete.
  • • The amount you topped-up may be allocated for shopping and game ticket purchases only, and therefore unavailable for transfer. Attempting to transfer this amount would result in an error message.
  • • The card may be closed or cancelled.
  • • The card may have insufficient balance or limit.
  • • You may have exceeded the daily top-up limit.
  • • You may have exceeded the annual top-up limit.
  • • The amount you want to top-up may be over the maximum one-time top-up limit.


How much money can I load into my Passolig Prepaid Card in a month?

Monthly money loading limit is TRY 750 for Passolig Prepaid Cards. You should hold the Passolig Debit Card to load higher amounts of money. Please click here to apply for the Passolig Debit Card.


What kind of a photograph should I use on my Passolig Card?

As a requirement of Electronic Ticket Information System, implemented by the Law no 6222 Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports, photos of full-face view directly facing the camera will be accepted.


Can foreign people own a Passolig Card?

Foreign people should get an electronic card to enter the stadiums as to the Law no 6222, Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports. Foreign people can fill the application form in our website and get their Passolig Card.


Foreign people are provided with the Passolig Cüzdan Pre-paid Card only.



Can individuals under 18 own a Passolig Card?

Individuals under the age of 18 must obtain an electronic card to enter the stadiums as per the Law no. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports. Those individuals may obtain a Passolig Cüzdan Prepaid Card by filling the application form with their Turkish ID numbers, which is available on the website.


Can I start using my Passolig Card as soon as I receive it?

For your safety, your card will be sent to you closed for usage. The card will be automatically opened for use when we are informed by the dispatch service that you have taken delivery of it. If you like, after receiving your card, you can call the Passolig Call Center at 0 (850) 724 33 44, or text “Şifre”, leave a space and then text the last 4 digits of your card number, leave a space again, and then text the 3-digit CVV number that is on the back of your card, send this to 6033 to get your Passolig Card password so that you can begin to use the card right away.


How much is the E-Ticket annual utilization fee?

A certain amount of E-ticket Annual Utilization Fee is charged on your Passolig Card in accordance with the law dated 10.04.2011 and numbered 6222, Criminal Law to Regulate Sports Violence. E-ticket Annual Utilization Fee is charged once a year and the validity period is one year. In order to purchase tickets for Spor Toto Süper Lig and TFF 1st League and watch these games in stadiums, you need to renew your membership every year.


What is the cost for extending the E-Ticket Annual Validity Period?

The prices to be applied for the extension of E-Ticket Usage Period as of July 25th, 2018; for Beşiktaş, Galatasaray, Passolig Card with TFF logo and Passolig Card without logo 41,50TL, for Fenerbahçe 39TL, for Trabzonspor 35,50TL, for Ankaragücü 30TL, for Bursaspor 29TL, for Osmanlıspor, Orduspor and Bucaspor 22,12TL. For the other clubs it is 22,50TL.


What happens if I do not extend my E-Ticket validity period?

You can continue shopping with your Passolig Card. However, in the event that you fail to make the payment, you may not purchase individual or combined tickets for Spor Toto Süper Lig or TFF 1st League games, have these games' tickets transferred to your Passolig Card or enter stadiums to watch these games.


At what intervals do I need to make payments so as to extend the E-Ticket validity period?

Annual usage fee for the e-ticket system is paid on a regular basis on one-year intervals as of the date your Passolig Card is issued.

How do I extend the Annual E-Ticket Validity Period of another person's Passolig Card?

You can enter www.passolig.com.tr and click Extend E-Ticket Validity Period button. Then you can enter your TC identity number or passport number and mobile phone number. After that you can click Extend Someone Else’s Passolig E-Ticket Validity Period button and extend Passolig E-Ticket Validity Period.


I have multiple Passolig Cards. For which Passolig Card should I extend the E-Ticket validity period?

E-Ticket validity period becomes effective as of the date when you purchase your Passolig Card; therefore, the E-Ticket validity periods of several cards might be different. Click here to obtain information about the E-Ticket validity periods of your Passolig Cards.


If the E-Ticket validity period of your multiple Passolig Cards expire simultaneously and you extend this period for only one of them, you can purchase game tickets and enter stadiums with this card. You cannot purchase game tickets or enter stadiums with expired Passolig Cards.

How can I get my Passolig Card PIN?

You can call 0850 724 33 44 Passolig Call Center or to get your Passolig Card PIN is as easy as texting a SMS. Text "Sifre" leave a space then type the last four digits of your Passolig Card leave a space type the 3 digit CVV number which is placed at the back of your card. Send the SMS to "6033" then your* PIN will come to your mobile phone.


*For each text message you send, your GSM operator will charge you one text message fee. You will not be charged for text messages sent by Passolig.


What if I do not receive my Passolig Card until the match day? Will I not be able to enter the stadium?

Fans who have not received their card yet can use the Passo Mobile Application to enter the stadium using the mobile phone entry feature or by using the ”Single Entry Pass Card”.


I have not received my Passolig Card yet. Can I enter the stadium?

If you have at least one Passolig Card application concluded, but you have not taken delivery of your card yet, you can get a Passolig Single Entry Pass Card free of charge from the ticket office at the stadium.


I have lost my Passolig Card/My Passolig Card is stolen. Can I enter the stadium?

If you had your card canceled since it is lost/stolen and you have not taken delivery of your new card yet, you can get a Passolig Single Entry Pass Card free of charge from the ticket office at the stadium.


I forgot to take my Passolig Card when I left for the stadium. Can I still enter the stadium?

You may be too excited for the match to take your Passolig Card with you but this cannot prevent you from entering the stadium. You can enter the stadium with the Single Entry Pass Card, which you can buy from the ticket office at the stadium for TRY 15.


When I try to enter the stadium, the turnstile or the hand terminal does not read my Passolig Card. What can I do for that?

In cases when there is a problem reading your Passolig Card at the first checkpoint or as you pass the turnstile, the officer at the turnstile should first check and verify that your card cannot be read due to a technical problem before you can enter the stadium with a Passolig Single Entry Pass Card free of charge. However, you need to call the Passolig Contact Center and have your card renewed in order to prevent any potential problems in the upcoming matches.


Can I receive my Passolig Credit Card statement by email?

Yes, you can call Passolig Call Center on 0 850 724 33 44 or visit Passolig Online Branch to request a free delivery of your bank statements to your e-mail address.


How can I learn about my statement balance?

I am going to matches with my family. Can I take all my family to the stadium with a single Passolig Card?

No, each fan needs to have a Passolig Card to enter the stadium.


How can I buy the combined ticket of the football club which I support?

You can visit www.passo.com.tr, select the team you want to buy combined tickets for and purchase your tickets. You can purchase combined tickets only for the team your Passolig Card bears the logo of. If you want to purchase combined tickets for another team, select the related team on www.passolig.com.tr , apply for a new card and purchase your tickets.


Can someone else enter to the stadium with my season ticket?

You can transfer your season ticket to anybody who has a Passolig Card via passo.com.tr.


For this, all you have to do is to identify the transfer steps at passo.com.tr. The person whom you transferred your season ticket to can enter to the match chosen.


Will there be an assigned seat on the tickets we bought with this card? How will we choose our seats?

You can get your ticket from passo.com.tr. You can either choose your own seat or choose the most ideal seat within the block here.


How can I get my match ticket?

You can purchase your match tickets on passo.com.tr as well as from ticket offices in stadiums and N Kolay teller machines or N Kolay Centers. You have to be a Passolig Card Holder and have enough cash on your card to purchase at a ticket.


If I purchase a ticket, is it sufficient for me to enter the stadium using the Passo Mobile?

Once you purchase your ticket, you will be able to enter by clicking on the button "Enter the Match" using the Passo Mobile through both hand-held terminals and turnstiles.


How can I utilize this feature?

Once you install the application, you should sign up with your Republic of Turkey ID Number and Mobile Phone Number at least once, and then log in with your Passo.com.tr password. Subsequently, even if you don't log in for the second time, you will be able to enter the stadium.


My mobile phone does not support NFC. What can I do?

If your mobile phone does not support NFC, you will be able to enter the stadium with QR Code. It will be checked automatically by the application. You will not be required to take any additional action to arrange use of the QR code or NFC.


When we apply for the Passolig on Passo Mobile, how long should we wait to enter the match?

Once the football fans purchase their tickets, they can immediately enter the match using their mobile phones. It is now much easier to apply for the Passolig and purchase match tickets on the application. Once you purchase your match ticket on the mobile application, you will be able to enter the match without any need to have a single-pass card.


At which stadiums can I enter the match using the Passo Mobile Application?

You can enter the match by clicking on the "Enter Match" button in the Passo Mobile Application and reading your QR code or NFC screen to the toll gate according to the technical characteristics of your mobile phone. The entrance to the match with the mobile application is valid in all stadiums.


Should I carry the Passolig Card with me, together with the Passo Mobile?

Passo mobile application is a service introduced to make our lives easier. Thanks to the application, you will be able to enter the match easily without any need to carry the card with you.

Yes, you can. You can view your ticket when you log into the Passo Mobile. So, you can enter the stadiums through the Application.

I have not received my Passolig Card yet. Can I still purchase a match ticket?

You need to complete your Passolig Card application and make your payment in order to purchase your match tickets. You can still purchase the tickets even if you have not received your card yet. Tickets your purchased will be loaded onto your ID number and the tickets will be automatically loaded when you receive them.


Do I have to have money on my Passolig card to buy a ticket?

You need to load money onto your Passolig Card before buying a ticket. To see the loading points please click.


How can I pay for my ticket?

Ticket payments are made only with Passolig Cards. Therefore, you have to be a holder of Passolig Card if you want to purchase a ticket and deposit cash on your Passolig ATM Card and Passolig Cüzdan Prepaid Card.


I'm disabled. Can I go to the matches for free?

Disabled citizens should notice at least 2-3 days prior to the match day to the club. Their free tickets can be defined to their Passolig Cards, if the club has disabled quota. Disabled Identification Card of the Prime Ministry is mandatory during the defining.


What is a promotion code and how is it used?

You can sponsor Passolig applications with a promotion code. With your promotion codes you can sponsor Passolig Card fees as well as and use Passolig, Turkey’s most fully featured and economic card, as a reward in your marketing and sales activities. You can organize incentives for your personnel, gain a competitive advantage for your products and instill the spirit of football in your relations with your business partners. Furthermore, you can achieve all these and support your team by only paying the regular E-Ticket usage fees, and if you wish, you can complement your cards with combined or daily game tickets.


Can I apply for any club card with a promotion code?

There are two types of promotion codes: General and Club. General promotion codes allow you to apply to all club cards while club promotion codes only allow you to apply to the club cards specified by the promotion code.


How can I use the promotion code?

Enter your promotion code in the related box on the application form on www.passolig.com.tr, follow other steps and complete your Passolig Card application. Annual E-Ticket and/or delivery fees are covered by the relevant code in the payment section. If the code covers the E-Ticket fee but not the delivery fee, the application is completed after the payment of the delivery fee.


Can I use a promotion code for multiple applications?

Promotion codes are single use only. When the application made with a Promotion code is complete, the code will lose its validity.


Does the promotion code have an expiry date?

Expiry date for the promotion code is determined by the contract with the organization providing the code. End users will be informed of the expiry date by the organization providing the code during distribution.


How can I purchase a promotion code?

There is a minimum limit to the number of promotion codes sold. For detailed information, select “promotion codes” under the contact menu to request information. You will be contacted shortly.


What should I do if I lose my promotion code?

In case you lose your promotion code, you must contact the code providing organization and request a cancellation. Following a system check, the lost code will be disabled, and you will be provided a new one.


I changed my phone number. What should I do?

You can update your phone number information by calling 0(850) 724 33 44 Passolig Contact Center.


I’m a card customer and I’ve changed my SIM Card. What should I do?

For your safety; if you change your SIM Card, your usage of One Time Password has been blocked. You can remove your SIM Card blocked by calling 0850 724 33 44 Passolig Contact Center.


I cannot pay with my Passolig Card, why?

Your Passolig Card may not have sufficient funds. If your Passolig Card functions as a credit card as well, you may not have sufficient limit or the card may not be authorized for mail order. If you have a Passolig Card that functions as Debit card or Cüzdan Prepaid card, you may not have sufficient funds on your card. Please check the funds on your card and try again.


How can I make a payment if there are not sufficient funds on my Passolig Card?

In case of lack of sufficient funds on your Passolig Card, you can load money safely and rapidly by clicking "Top-Up" button.

How can I deposit cash on my card at PTT branches?

You can deposit cash on your card at the nearest PTT bank providing your Turkish ID number and the amount you wish to deposit.


How can I deposit cash on my card at PTTmatik machines?

Click ENTER for cardless transactions.

Select Aktifbank from Contracted Bank Transactions.

Click Deposit Cash on Passolig Card on the menu.

Enter your Turkish ID number and click CONTINUE.

Once the information is verified, enter the amount you want to deposit and place the cash in the deposit slot of PTTmatik.

How can I deposit cash on my card at N Kolay offices?

Go to the nearest N Kolay office with your Passolig Card or Turkish ID Card, enter your mobile phone number and the amount you want to deposit, and the transaction will be complete.


How can I load money from EFT?

You should enter the following information to the related fields to load money by EFT;

Name of Bank: Select “Aktif Bank”.

Province: Select “İstanbul”.

Branch: Select “997-Passolig Branch”.

Name of Receiver: Write your “Name-Last Name”.

Account number: “Enter Passolig Card number or Turkish ID Number”, enter the amount of deposit and click Confirm.

Why is my delivery late?

Your card will be delivered in 15 days on average after shipment. If you think that it is delayed, you may call 0850 724 33 44 and inform our call center of the situation.


I would like to know about disqualification from watching the games. Which authority is eligible for assistance?

For detailed information on disqualification from watching the games, please consult the Sports Security Branch Office, if available, of your Police Directorate/ Provincial Directorate of Security, or the Sports Departments under the Riot Police Branch Office. These authorities will inform you on whether you are disqualified from watching games, whether your ban is lifted or on how it can be lifted. As regards lifting a ban, Turkish Football Federation and Passolig are entitled to only enforce the law and are therefore ineligible to take any action.
